What You'll Do
Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience aligned with luxury watch standards Build and nurture long-term client relationships through thoughtful, proactive follow up Develop expert knowledge of luxury timepieces including heritage, craftsmanship and technical features Manage client expectations around availability and waiting lists with professionalism Maintain an immaculate boutique environment that reflects the brand's prestige Assist with after-sales coordination and ensure a seamless client journey Uphold strict security protocols and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
What You'll Need
Experience in luxury retail, hospitality or another premium client-facing environment Warm, confident communication skills with the ability to support a discerning clientele A strong passion for high-end watches and a genuine interest in developing deep product expertise A calm, polished and service-focused approach Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail High levels of integrity, discretion and personal presentation Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
