Key Responsibilities
Call and engage with
warm leads
provided through our system.
Run
comparative analyses (comps)
on single-family properties to assess value.
Follow up with
old leads
stored in our CRM, re-engaging them and moving them through the sales pipeline.
Accurately update all notes, lead status, and activities in the CRM system.
Provide excellent customer service while uncovering client needs and matching them to opportunities.
Collaborate with the team to refine scripts, lead management strategies, and conversion approaches.
Qualifications
Proven experience in
sales, telesales, or lead follow-up
roles.
Ability to analyse property values and run comps is an advantage.
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging confidently with potential clients.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads at once.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
A quick learner who can pick up processes and market knowledge fast.
