We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. You'll be the face of our brand, helping customers find what they need, offering product advice, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist with product selection
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and promotions
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Restock shelves and ensure displays are visually appealing
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets
Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math and cash-handling abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Positive attitude and a passion for helping people
High school diploma or equivalent
