The ideal candidate should possess a Matric Certificate, demonstrate a friendly and engaging demeanor, exhibit strong communication skills, be adaptable to challenges, hold a Level 4 certificate, communicate proficiently in English, work independently, be computer literate, achieve weekly sales targets, collaborate effectively with team members, attend training sessions regularly, problem-solve efficiently, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and present themselves professionally at all times. While a sales background is advantageous, it is not mandatory as we offer comprehensive training. Additionally, one year of retail experience is preferred.
