Sales Assistants

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Sales Assistance
Assist walk-in and online customers with inquiries on trucks, vans, and commercial vehicles.
Schedule test drives and coordinate product demonstrations.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending customer feedback.
Support senior sales executives in preparing proposals and closing deals.
Product & Market Knowledge
Maintain a strong understanding of available commercial vehicle models, features, and specifications.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and OEM campaigns.
Attend product training sessions and brand workshops.
Administrative & CRM Support
Manage customer data and update CRM systems accurately.
Ensure proper documentation for quotations, test drives, and sales files.
Prepare daily and weekly activity reports for the sales manager.
Requirements:
Education:
Matric certificate required; further studies in Sales, Marketing, or Automotive Management advantageous.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing or sales assistant role (motor or commercial vehicle experience preferred).
Skills:
Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills.
Computer Literacy:
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
Driver's License:
Valid driver's license essential.
