Job Summary

Greet and welcome customers
Help customers find products and answer questions about them.
Provide recommendations and product guidance.
Inform customers about current promotions and sales.
Process payments, handle returns, and address customer complaint
Stock shelves with new merchandise and arrange displays.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
Receive and unload new stock deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocktaking.
Ensure store security and be on the lookout for shoplifters or fraudulent transactions.
Assist with administrative tasks and maintain customer records.
Provide feedback on customer needs to management.
Help the sales team achieve sales targets.
