The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in travel operations. As a Sales Assistant, you'll support the Sales and Admin teams by managing supplier confirmations, building itineraries, and keeping booking details accurate in our system. Your role ensures smooth handling of confirmed bookings, allowing sales consultants to focus on client relationships.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in sales & admin, preferably in the travel industry with a focus on African safari travel.

Must be able to coordinate between Sales and Admin teams to ensure smooth travel operations

Manage supplier communications and confirm travel bookings

Build, edit, and finalise detailed travel itineraries for clients

Ensure all booking details are accurately recorded in the Travlyst system

Track and follow up on outstanding confirmations and documentation

Maintain up-to-date records of all confirmed bookings and client information

Support sales consultants by handling operational logistics
