The AMT and Sales professional is responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and supporting the quotation process. The role involves proactive client outreach, follow-up on quotations, addressing client queries, and introducing HHK's services to potential clients. The ultimate objective is to generate revenue, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the growth of HHK's client base.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:

AMT's
1.1)
Client Engagement and AMT History Review (Domestic Enquiries)
Pull history on previous work completed, including continuous AMT's that are due for maintenance.
Set calendar reminders for upcoming AMT's.
Make contact with the relevant domestic clients
Re-introduce the company and advise the client on the importance of conducting AMT's.
1.2)
Client Relationship Management
Maintain consistent communication with domestic clients to build long-term relationships.
Track and manage client preferences, service history, and feedback.
Provide guidance and education on preventative maintenance through AMT's where needed
Address any service concerns promptly and professionally when necessary.
1.3)
Documentation and Internal Communication
Record all AMT activities, outcomes, and client interactions in the appropriate internal system.
Submit timely and accurate AMT reports for internal use and client reference.
Share feedback from clients and site visits with relevant departments to improve service delivery.
Participate in weekly planning meetings to align AMT tasks with sales and operational goals.
Monitor follow-up actions and ensure they are completed on schedule.

Quotation Follow-up & Client Communication
Review and familiarize yourself with all issued quotes to fully understand the service/product offered.
Initiate contact with clients to confirm receipt of quotes.
Follow up with clients to determine acceptance or rejection of quotes.
Record and report on quote status, including accepted, pending, or declined.
Identify and address any client questions, queries, or concerns related to quotes.
Escalate technical or complex queries to the appropriate HHK team members.

Sales and Lead Generation
Actively seek and contact potential new clients using leads provided by HHK or through independent prospecting.
Promote and explain HHK's services to new prospects using pre-approved company material and product knowledge shared by HHK staff.
Understand and clearly communicate HHK's value proposition and competitive advantages.
Schedule meetings, presentations, or calls as needed to advance sales discussions.
2.3)
Account Management and Retention
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Identify upselling opportunities and present them appropriately.
Monitor client feedback and suggest service improvements.
Ensure client information is kept up to date.

Administration and Reporting
Document all client interactions, including emails, calls, and meetings, in the appropriate systems.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, client interactions, and quotes.
Provide feedback to management regarding client concerns.
Coordination and Team Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
Share client feedback and potential business opportunities with the team.
