Job Description
Sales Assistant
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions Process transactions accurately and efficiently Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner Support the sales team in achieving sales targets Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (matriculants) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling transactions Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail or customer service Familiarity with sales techniques and principles * Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software
