Job Purpose:

To deliver exceptional customer experiences by ensuring on-the-floor stock availability, and contributing to increase sales and minimising losses

Store Disciplines & Productivity


Opening & closing procedures are followed. To ensure all merchandising principles are always in place and that every item is ticketed. Ensure accurate receiving and checking of all store deliveries as per store manual. Ensure accurate stock counts & checking of product expiry dates. Cash handling - assist at point of sale and with cash ups. Grade 12 Minimum 1 year retail experience A genuine interest in health and wellness - brand ambassadors Basic computer literacy Very good written and verbal communication skills Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours. Competency Assessment Achieved EE Position: No Remuneration based on a 'cost to company' model and performance incentives.
