About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for our customers. You'll be responsible for supporting daily store operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, and offering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a warm and friendly manner Maintain product knowledge to offer accurate information and recommendations Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing Complete tasks on time and with accuracy Work collaboratively with colleagues and management Handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail Adhere to company standards and procedures at all times
