DEVEO is a direct marketing agency headquartered in Nice, France, specialized in the

Telco & Broadcast industry

. We help technology solution providers connect with global Communication Service Providers through high-quality contact data and lead generation services.

We're currently looking for a

full-time Sales Assistant (English-speaking)

to support our growing sales team. This is a fully remote role and an exciting opportunity for someone organized, proactive, and eager to grow in international B2B sales.

Your Missions

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting daily sales operations and client communications Reactivate, qualify and follow-up existing prospects Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals Assisting with lead generation, prospecting and promotional activities (manually or through AI tools) Maintaining and updating our CRM with accuracy

What We're Looking For

2 to 3 years of experience in a sales support or commercial assistant role (motivated junior profiles also welcome) Fluency in English (spoken and written), French is a plus but not required Based outside of Western Europe (inclusing the UK) and available to work CET hours Highly organized and detail-oriented Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic about sales and client relations Knowledge of the Telco & Broadcast industry is a plus, but not required
