Job Description
Part-Time Position Available - Pet Shop in Gardens, Cape Town
We're looking for a part-time staff member to join our pet shop in Gardens, Cape Town.
This position is for two days a week and would ideally suit a mature, reliable person who genuinely loves animals!
What we're looking for:
Excellent friendly customer service skills (non-negotiable)
Fast learner - there's lots of product information that you will need to know in order to make sales
A genuine love and care for animals.
Punctual, trustworthy, and well-presented
Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
Able to assist with cleaning, dog minding, and general shop duties
About the role:
Customers often leave their dogs with us while they shop, so you'll spend time caring for them and ensuring they're comfortable and safe. You'll also help out around the shop, chat with customers, and keep things running smoothly.
Days: 2 days per week (schedule to be discussed)
Location: Gardens, Cape Town
