Job Description

Job Summary Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • 2-4 years experience in sales support, logistics, or customer service
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Knowledge of import/export processes and international shipping (if applicable)
Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and customer inquiries
  • Prepare and follow up on sales proposals and contracts
  • Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and product availability
Logistics Support:
  • Coordinate shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers
  • Track deliveries and resolve any logistics-related issues or delays
  • Prepare shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, customs paperwork, etc.)
  • Maintain inventory records and assist in stock control
