Job Description
Location: 30 Crucible Road, Heriotdale, Johannesburg, Gauteng
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30
We are looking for a female customer service representative who is detail-oriented, patient, and enjoys communicating with people.If you're fluent in English and passionate about helping customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Requirements:
Gender: Female
Age: Between 25 and 50 years old
Language: Must speak fluent English, especially for phone communication
. Knowing both English and Mandarin is a big plus, but not requiredJob Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional and friendly manner
Handle order inquiries, quotations, and basic after-sales supportUse basic office software (e.g., Excel, email)
Coordinate with internal teams and sales staff to ensure smooth customer experienceWhat We're Looking For:
Responsible and reliable
Good problem-solving and communication skillsWillingness to learn and handle pressure when needed
Previous customer service experience is a plusSalary & Benefits:
