Job Summary
Key Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the SME market, their challenges, and funding needs.
Master the company's financial product offerings and how they meet business needs.
Research leads and update the CRM system with relevant insights.
Build rapport with prospects using research and intelligent questioning.
Engage prospects through effective outbound calls (minimum of 80 per day).
Ensure leads meet qualification criteria and pre-approve funding levels.
Maintain CRM hygiene--update data, manage pipelines, and close off leads accurately.
Collaborate with senior funding specialists to refine strategy and execution.
