Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Call Center Sales Agent
to join our team. In this role, you will handle outbound calls to sell products or services, provide excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to introduce and sell products or services. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Follow call scripts, compliance guidelines, and company policies. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a call center or sales environment preferred. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
