Preparing and presenting quotations, proposals, and rental agreements.
Generating leads and converting prospects into customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Conducting site visits and client consultations to assess needs.
Providing after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualification & Skills
Matric certificate (essential)
Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business (advantageous)
Minimum 2 years in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in logistics, construction, or industrial products
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Strong negotiation and closing skills
