Sales Administrator

West Rand, Gauteng, South Africa

A well established company based in the West Rand, requires an Afrikaans speaking, proactive and self motivated Sales Administrator:
DUTIES:

Manage and respond to customer enquiries professionally and effectively via telephone and email, including the preparation of quotations and pro-forma invoices
Accurate processing of sales orders received by email
Address customer complaints and issues promptly, working to identify solutions that ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Prepare and issue delivery documentation such as delivery notes and dangerous goods declarations
Invoicing, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders and sending them by email to customers
Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the procurement and production teams to coordinate the timely delivery /collection of products
Assist with all other administrative tasks including verification & compliance of signed delivery notes from the dispatch warehouse, filing, and other general office related duties

REQUIREMENTS:

National Senior Certificate (Matric) OR Equivalent. Higher education in Business preferred:
Administration, or a related field highly advantageous
Experience: 13 years in a sales support, sales administration or customer service role
Skills: Microsoft Office compulsory, especially Excel (Vlook ups, using conversions from kgs to tons) as an e, Word, and Outlook. ERP Systems (optional) - Knowledge of systems like SYSPRO/SAP will be a plus for a successful candidate.
