As an Admin/Inside Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and client services teams. You'll help ensure smooth operations, excellent client communication, and efficient coordination across departments--all while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities



Client Relationship Support:


Assist the sales team in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Respond promptly to inquiries, coordinate follow-ups, and help ensure client satisfaction throughout the booking process.

Sales Coordination:


Support the sales team in organizing and scheduling client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations. Prepare sales materials, proposals, and travel-related documentation as needed.

Administrative Support:


Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems with accurate and current information. Manage contracts, travel documents, and other sales records efficiently.

Market Research & Reporting:


Conduct research on travel trends, competitor offerings, and potential leads. Assist in preparing reports and insights for management review to support business development initiatives.

Communication & Documentation:


Act as a liaison between clients, the sales team, and other departments such as marketing and customer service to ensure smooth coordination and timely responses to client needs.

Sales Process Support:


Track sales opportunities, assist with contract preparation and negotiation, and monitor performance against targets. Support post-sales activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Collaboration:


Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to deliver high-quality travel experiences and maintain consistent communication across all client touchpoints.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle administrative and sales tasks simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of sales processes and client management, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications



Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support within the travel, tours, or hospitality sector. Strong communication skills, including inbound/outbound calls and email correspondence. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
