Role Overview: As a Sales Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth and success. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- New business acquisition
- Managing existing customer relationships
- Identifying new opportunities in the market
- Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
- Facilitating the sales process from conceptual design and proposal to contract and fully deployed services
- Develop and execute strategies for building a strong sales pipeline
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful solution/service delivery
- Understand client requirements, upgrades, downgrades, realignments, and cancellations
- Create and maintain detailed Account Plans for each client, updating them quarterly for presentation
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through a proactive and strategic approach
- Proven track record of success within the ISP industry or ICT industry
- Corporate sales experience, with a strong ability to drive revenue growth
- Exceptional hunting skills to build a robust sales pipeline
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and hungry for success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Good technical acumen
