Role Overview: As a Sales Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth and success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • New business acquisition
  • Managing existing customer relationships
  • Identifying new opportunities in the market
  • Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
  • Facilitating the sales process from conceptual design and proposal to contract and fully deployed services
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for building a strong sales pipeline
  • Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful solution/service delivery
  • Understand client requirements, upgrades, downgrades, realignments, and cancellations
  • Create and maintain detailed Account Plans for each client, updating them quarterly for presentation
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through a proactive and strategic approach
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following :
  • Proven track record of success within the ISP industry or ICT industry
  • Corporate sales experience, with a strong ability to drive revenue growth
  • Exceptional hunting skills to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and hungry for success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Good technical acumen
