Sagex3 Support Consultant
Job Description
Qualifications: Matric, Bachelor's Degree Experience: 5 years' experience in Sage X3 Description of key performance areas o In depth knowledge of Sage X3 modules particularly financial, manufacturing or distribution o In depth knowledge of Sage X3 architecture & database structure o Strong Crystal reports development skills o Formal Sage X3 accreditation o Strong presentation skills & ability to translate user's requirements into specifications o Develops ad hoc queries to assist users with data analysis o Develops standard reports in both Crystal Reports o Perform other job-related duties as assigned Minimum critical competencies o Self-disciplined and highly motivated o Resilient o Strong people skills o Ability to deal with employees at all levels and good interpersonal skills o Strong decision making and problem-solving skills o Ability to multi-task in fast-paced dynamic environment o Must be able to work under pressure o Able to meet deadlines Previous Employment Environment Chemical or manufacturing.
