The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for pursuing internal sales prospects and maintaining customer relationships. The role focuses on managing smaller client spend, growing sales, cold calling, and ensuring that minimum set sales targets are met.
This is a remote position, but the successful candidate may choose to work from one of our core offices located in Cape Town, Gauteng, or Durban.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain client relationships for all clients generating less than R100 000 in training revenue per annum.
Complete quotes accurately and timeously.
Maintain and update all account information in Odyssey.
Conduct follow-up calls with clients.
Handle client queries promptly and professionally.
Process orders efficiently.
Qualifications:
Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
A relevant sales or business qualification will be advantageous.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years sales, telesales or customer service experience, preferably selling training related to occupational health and safety or environmental health and safety.
Solid lead generation experience.
Skills & Knowledge:
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365).
Excellent administration and organisational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
