Key Requirements

• SACPCMP registration (mandatory)
• Proven experience on renewable energy projects
• Solid substation experience (essential)
• Strong knowledge of OHSA, construction regulations, and renewable site safety
• Ability to conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, audits, and incident investigations
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Valid drivers licence

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce site-specific Health & Safety Plans
• Ensure compliance with legal, client, and project safety requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits
• Manage safety documentation, permits, and reports
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Lead safety meetings and toolbox talks
