Job Description
SAFETY MANAGER
An EME based in Pretoria East, Waltloo is looking for an energetic, sharp, dedicated and disciplined Safety Manager to join their team. .
The following are the minimum requirements:
1. N6 in Safety Management as a minimum qualification
2. A minimum of 8 years experience as a Health and Safety Manager.
3. SAMTRAC
4. PrCHSM registered
5. Deep knowledge of local, national, and industry-specific Health & Safety laws (e.g., OSHA, ISO).

Skills and Competencies required
1. Pro-active in preventing hazards
2. Supervisory skills
3. Perform regular site inspections, audits, and equipment checks to ensure compliance and identify unsafe conditions.
4. Develop and deliver safety training, orientations, and awareness programs for all staff.
5. Maintain accurate safety records, prepare reports, and communicate safety performance to leadership.
