Job Overview
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Global Marketing Executive to join Incubeta's Global Marketing Team during an exciting period of growth. Reporting to the Senior Global Communications Manager, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life through strong execution and collaboration.
You'll play a key role in delivering global marketing initiatives, managing day-to-day owned channels, and coordinating marketing operations that keep the team running smoothly. This is a hands-on role that offers exposure to a broad range of marketing disciplines - including communications, social media, events, and content - along with ongoing opportunities for learning, development, and upskilling.
Key Responsibilities:

• Social & Community Management: Support content creation and daily management of LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
• Employee Advocacy: Help execute the Global Employee Advocacy strategy and platform maintenance.
• Video & Content: Assist with YouTube channel management and provide on-site filming/photography support.
• CRM & Email: Support the setup and execution of email campaigns and A/B tests within HubSpot.
• Design & Web: Assist with deck/presentation design, website updates, and blog proofreading.
• Events Support: Assist in the planning and technical execution of internal and external events (AV and webinar platforms).
• Administrative Support: Conduct competitor research, maintain performance reports, and provide general admin assistance to the Global team.

• Organized: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong Communicator: Professional writing skills and the confidence to engage with various stakeholders.
• Slide Design Specialist: A strong eye for layout and visual hierarchy, with the ability to turn complex information into clean, professional, and engaging presentations.
• AI Enthusiast: An interest in or experience with using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney) to streamline marketing workflows and enhance content creation.
• Digital Literacy: A foundational understanding of the digital marketing industry.

Preferred Technical Familiarity

• CRM Systems: HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Social Scheduling: Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or equivalent tools.
• Design & Productivity: Google Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• AI Tools: Familiarity with AI-driven tools for copywriting, research, or design.
