Expert Data Analyst

About the Role
You will be a key player in developing and maintaining advanced reporting solutions for global IT network operations teams. Your insights will directly influence capacity planning, lifecycle management, and incident analysis, enabling data-driven decision-making on a global scale.
What You'll Do
Develop, migrate, and maintain reporting solutions leveraging data from multiple enterprise sources (CMDBs, Operational Databases, Network Management Systems)
Design efficient data flows and data transformation processes
Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand requirements and optimize reporting tools
Take ownership of additional areas including automation tasks and compliance management
Manage incidents, changes, and problem-solving processes within an ITIL framework
Continuously improve reporting processes using innovative technologies
Participate in software development, testing, deployment, and support activities
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Over 5 years of experience in BI, data visualization, and relational database systems
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data visualization tools, preferably AWS QuickSight
Solid understanding of ETL workflows, data transformation, and UX design for reporting solutions
Familiarity with enterprise IT network technologies (routing, switching) and ITIL processes
Experience in an Agile environment and excellent stakeholder management skills
Programming skills in Python and knowledge of RESTful APIs are a plus
Understanding of cloud computing principles, IT automation (e.g., Ansible, Rundeck), and configuration management databases (CMDBs) is advantageous
