Your insights will directly influence capacity planning, lifecycle management, and incident analysis, enabling data-driven decision-making on a global scale.What You'll DoDevelop, migrate, and maintain reporting solutions leveraging data from multiple enterprise sources (CMDBs, Operational Databases, Network Management Systems)Design efficient data flows and data transformation processesCollaborate with global stakeholders to understand requirements and optimize reporting toolsTake ownership of additional areas including automation tasks and compliance managementManage incidents, changes, and problem-solving processes within an ITIL frameworkContinuously improve reporting processes using innovative technologiesParticipate in software development, testing, deployment, and support activitiesRequirementsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalentOver 5 years of experience in BI, data visualization, and relational database systemsStrong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data visualization tools, preferably AWS QuickSightSolid understanding of ETL workflows, data transformation, and UX design for reporting solutionsFamiliarity with enterprise IT network technologies (routing, switching) and ITIL processesExperience in an Agile environment and excellent stakeholder management skillsProgramming skills in Python and knowledge of RESTful APIs are a plusUnderstanding of cloud computing principles, IT automation (e.g., Ansible, Rundeck), and configuration management databases (CMDBs) is advantageousSabenza IT & RecruitmentRecruiter
