Job Description
Job Summary o Grade 12 /N3 Certificate with Maths and Science o Strata Control Certificate (advantageous) o Understanding of mining layouts and support principles o Knowledge of underground safety and protocols o Physically fit and capable of working in confined spaces o 2 to 3 years underground mining experience o Minimum of 2 years as a Strata Control Officer/Observer o Computer literate o No criminal record o Must have a valid driver's license and own transport o Good general health AND requires a certificate of fitness (red ticket).
