Key Responsibilities
Manage retail store operations, stock, pricing & promotions across multiple sites
Support underperforming stores, cover for absent managers, and launch new locations
Drive sales, canvass new customers, and support marketing & promotional activities
Monitor compliance with legal, ISO, HSE, and financial controls
Supervise and develop staff: Sales, Assistants, Auto-Electrician, General Workers, Driver
Maintain customer satisfaction, handle escalations, and host engagement events
Track budgets, control costs, and optimise resource
Proactive, action-oriented leader with problem-solving ability
Commercially minded and customer-focused
Strong planning, organising, and supervisory skills
Resilient and adaptable to changing environments
Excellent communication (verbal & written)
