ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This position is for a Risk and Performance Analyst with a respected Asset Consultant Company.

PURPOSE OF JOB:

Providing portfolio investment analysis and reporting services in relation to asset owners, asset managers and service providers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily, monthly and quarterly retrieval, validation, reconciliation, analysis and preparation of data Data interrogation and analysis Client report generation Checking of reports generated by other Analysts Interpretation and analysis of report results Submission of reports to clients Communication with clients and responding to report queries Ad hoc analyses Identify inefficient areas of data flow processes and assist in increasing efficiency
KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

Assist fellow team members within the immediate team Interact with Clients Assist analysts responsible for data processing Assist analysts responsible for data management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Undergraduate degree with a financial focus or strong maths or stats skills Honours preferred and inclination to complete the CAIA, CFA or FRM charter Graduate position - 6 months to 1 year's relevant experience
