- Master the relevant professional knowledge such as credit risk management and operation risk management
- Build the company's risk management system
- Be familiar with the guidelines, policies, laws, and regulations of the national financial regulatory agency on the risk management of non-bank financial institutions

- NCR certification
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Major in economics, finance, law, actuarial science, etc.
