Job Description
Requirements:
- Experience and understanding of the property industry is most important.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritise matters.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet various deadlines.
- Ability to follow instructions but also take initiative to own tasks assigned.
- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel.
- Private banking or Home loans / Property Finance experience (Collections/Conveyancing/Estate experience can also be considered) detail.
- Assessing information provided.
- Calling for additional requirements and applying our credit policy per product.
- Presenting application to credit.
- Ability to perform under pressure. Accuracy and attention to details is vital.
- Uses effective listening skills.
- Good customer service skills
