Job Summary Key Responsibilities

Rigging and Cable / Pulley Maintenance
Conduct work as per job card received from foreman
Select gear such as cables, pulleys, and winches, according to load weights and sizes, facilities, and work schedules
Adhere to heavy equipment lifting, positioning and movement standards and specifications.
All maintenance on cable and / or pulley operated equipment to be inspected and checked for quality purposes.
Safe, correct and effective application of equipment and machinery utilised during duties.
Adherence to maintenance schedules.
Attending to mechanical breakdowns (cables and pulleys).
Escalation of unresolved breakdowns or unsuccessful maintenance, installation and constructions. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures. Administration
Completion of relevant documentation.
