Our global internation client is looking for a rewards specialist with 5 years' experience. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent.

Min Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources
5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration or a related role.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS).
Knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
Compensation Analysis Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
Benefits Administration - Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Evaluate and recommend changes to benefits offerings based on employee feedback and market trends.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employee benefits.
Program Development Design and implement reward programs, including bonuses, incentives, and recognition initiatives.
Data Analysis and Reporting Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on compensation and benefits metrics.
Utilize HRIS and other tools to track and manage compensation and benefits data.
Employee Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
