Job Description

Are you a skilled and detail-oriented individual? You will play a vital role in the creation and modification of building services drawings and models in revit for exclusive high-end commercial and hotels

Examining annotated drawings
Organizing files, establishing drawing title blocks, and creating page layouts
Producing registers of drawings, coordinating services with architects and engineers
visiting project site
Preparing MEP models and drawings

Skills & Experience:
Key Responsibilities:
Thoroughly examine annotated building services drawings
Retrieve and save files received through links or emails, organizing them on our server
Establish drawing title blocks and arrange page layouts
Produce registers of drawings and distribute issue slips
Participate in internal design and concept meetings
Attend project meetings alongside engineers and clients
Ensure productivity and adherence to deadlines
Coordinate services with architects, engineers, and interior designers
Visit project sites to mark as-built or existing services
Demonstrate familiarity with building and construction terminology
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure while collaborating effectively with a team
Proficient in employing quick and creative thinking to present solutions to intricate problems
Experience with project-specific document management software such as Dropbox, BIM360, or We Transfer
Comprehensive comprehension of plans, elevations, sections, etc., thinking in three dimensions

Qualification
Autocad (mandatory)
Microsoft Office suite (mandatory)
REVIT (preferable)
Minimum 3-5 years experience

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
