A well-established company in the telecommunications is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to take ownership of the end-to-end Cash to Order (C2O) process. This strategic role is ideal for a process-oriented leader with a deep understanding of financial operations, accounts receivable, and customer billing in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
As a Revenue Operations Lead you will:
- Lead and manage the complete Cash to Order cycle, including cash application, customer billing, collections, and dispute resolution
- Design and implement process improvements to optimize working capital and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to streamline order-to-cash workflows
- Oversee customer onboarding and credit management processes
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting on collections performance and aging analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements
- Act as a subject matter expert in ERP and financial systems relevant to the C2O process
5+ years of experience in Order to Cash / Cash to Order operations
Completed Bcom in Finance
Strong background in collections, billing, and reconciliation
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
