Job description
Key roles and responsibilities:
Ensures completeness & accuracy of all revenue streams (multi-system reconciliations, investigations, corrections, root cause analysis and reporting, month end journals and recons).
Work closely with BICC, as well as with D&E on defect corrections and system enhancements
Comparisons on billing data to ensure completeneness and accuracy of all billings
Ensure all errors and discrepancies are corrected
Manage daily interface lists, including investigation and correction of errors
Logging of requests for technical interventions and enhancements
Testing of system changes that are made
Ad hoc revenue quality assurance projects and reporting
Validation and processing of pricing requests within agreed Service Level Agreement
Assisting with maintenance of pricing tables including price increases
Accurate and timely preparation and processing of month-end files, journals and reconciliations
Work with cross-functional teams in resolving revenue related issues.
Minimum requirements
Diploma in Accounting or related field. Degree advantageous
Strong Excel proficiency. Power BI advantageous
High level of accuracy
