Position Overview
The Revenue & Reservation Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the reservations process to ensure optimal room revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction. This role manages the central reservations team, systems, and procedures to ensure efficient handling of inquiries, bookings, and guest communications while maintaining brand standards and delivering an exceptional pre-arrival experience. They will implement pricing strategies that maximize room yield and occupancy.
