Job Description
Purpose of the Job
This position is responsible for dealing with various suppliers, ensuring that all processes are adhered to. Job Objectives
- Responsible for resolving supplier related queries.
- Assist with the movement of stock from the receiving area to the warehouse.
- Liaise with other department regarding stock queries.
- Assist with logging claims to suppliers and supplier upliftment as needed.
- Ensure that stock investigations relating to queries are done timeously.
- Generating and updating monthly reports.
- Perform any other reasonable ad hoc duties.
Qualifications
Essential- Grade 12 qualification
Experience
Essential- At least 1 years relevant working experience working in a similar role.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
Knowledge and Skills
Essential- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
- High attention to detail
- Effective planning and organising skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Computer literate (MS Word and MS Excel)
- Fluent in English as well as at least one other official language
- Sound numeracy skills
- Pharmaceutical product knowledge
- Working knowledge of the POS-i-TILL system
