Job Description
We are currently seeking a well experienced Team Leader to manage a team of Client Services/Retentions Consultants in one of our call centers.

Job description:
- Managing a team of retentions consultant
- Ensuring consultants meet their KPIs
- Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and target
- Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
- Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
- Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members
- Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
- Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
- Matric
- ITC and Criminal Clear
- FULL FAIS CREDITS AND RE5 (Non Negotiable)
- Experience in Long Term Insurance, Life and funeral Sub Cat 1.1 & 1.22
- Minimum 3 years solid team leader experience
