- Recommend products or services that align with customer needs.
- Present alternative solutions and influence customers to retain their business.
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide top-notch service while seizing opportunities to secure new business and enhance retention.
- Achieve and exceed KPIs, including Customer Satisfaction, Quality of Work, Targets, and Performance metrics.
- Prioritize workflow to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
- Continuously develop knowledge of our policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory standards.
