As a Customer Retention Specialist, your core mission is to drive loyalty, reduce churn, and protect revenue within our existing customer base in the Medium Segment Product stack. You will work closely with Business Partners and Distributors to execute retention strategies that enhance customer experience, build lasting relationships, and ensure continued value realization for our clients.
This role requires a proactive, agile, and customer-centric individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. You'll play a critical part in managing the end-to-end renewal process alongside renewal agents, identifying opportunities for upsell or migration, and ensuring a seamless experience for every customer interaction.
Location - 3 days per week out of our Johannesburg office
