ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a support-focused admin role. You'll assist the sales team by capturing leads, preparing quotes, booking technicians, and following up with customers. You'll also help manage incoming support tickets and ensure they are assigned, updated, and resolved. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping systems organized and running behind the scenes.
There is room to grow into sales operations coordinator role over time based on performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Support
Capture new leads from WhatsApp, website, and walk-ins
Assign leads to the correct salesperson or technician
Prepare quotes and invoices using our sales system
Follow up with customers on unpaid quotes
Track lead status and update records
Admin & Operations
Accept deliveries and allocate stock
File receipts, job forms, and payment confirmations
Maintain the product catalog and quote templates
Assist with petty cash, stock logs, and delivery records
Support Ticket Handling
Receive and log incoming customer complaints or support requests
Assign tickets to the appropriate technician or sales team
Update ticket statuses and follow up with customers
Ensure timely resolution and professional communication
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years experience in admin, retail, or sales support
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, and using desktop & Mobile applications
Must be reliable, well-organized, and task-driven
Friendly and calm under pressure when dealing with customers
Bonus: Experience with any CRM or helpdesk system

Pay: From R5000,00 per month
