Your Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings. Travel Logistics: Plan and arrange travel plans and accommodations for executives. Communication: Ensure timely communication and documentation. Time Management: Strategically prioritize the executive's tasks and help optimize their time. Understanding Goals: Align with the executive's objectives to promote an effective working relationship. Administrative Tasks: Support with communications, presentations, reports, and social media management. Research Support: Conduct necessary research as required by the executive. Requirements:

Strong Administrative Skills (Email Management, Project Coordination, Research, etc) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in various tools (CRM, Project Management, MS Office, etc.) Excellent communication and presentation skills. Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM, project management tools, and MS Office. Proven track record of high performance and a growth mindset. Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with a proactive approach to goal setting and achievement. Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities. Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively. Detail-oriented and methodical in work approach.
