As a Store Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth store operations.

Your Role:

Support the Store Manager in daily store leadership and operational management Inspire and motivate the team to deliver outstanding, genuine customer experiences that reflect Lush's values Assist in staff training, coaching, and development to build a knowledgeable, empowered team Oversee store appearance and stock levels to maintain the high standards Lush is known for Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and inventory management Step in to lead in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring seamless store functioning Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and individualism
What We're Looking For:

Retail experience, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role Passion for customer service and creating joyful shopping experiences Strong communication and team-building skills Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks Proficiency with basic administrative tools including Outlook and Excel Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays
