Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations
- Manage team performance
- Manage stock levels
- Manage store presentation
- Deliver world class customer service
- Lead and manage team
- Assist in administration
- Reporting
- Grade 12
- 5+ Years experience in a retail supervisory/leadership role
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong people skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with stock and inventory systems (Sage is an added advantage)
