Key Responsibilities

Sales & Performance Management

Support the Store Manager in tracking sales performance and identifying opportunities to enhance average sale and overall revenue through strategic initiatives and team coaching and developmental feedback.
Team Leadership & Development

Lead by example in customer interactions and team motivation. Support training & coaching of team members to ensure high product knowledge and engagement. Ensure the team adheres to company policies, including uniform guidelines. Ensure to report any Integrity or poor work ethic related concerns to the Store Manager.
Operational Excellence

Maintain excellent store standards, ensuring visual merchandising is on-brand. Work alongside Store Manager to oversee stock management, including ordering of Fresh, stock receival, following correct stocktake procedures and minimizing wastage.
Customer Experience & Brand Representation

Deliver an immersive Lush experience through ethical representation. Resolve customer complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation. Encourage active product demonstrations and team engagement with customers.

Pay: R9000,00 per month
