Our client requires a Store Manager is the following areas:

Waterfall - Rustengburg

Tambotie - Randfontein

River Square - Vereenigning

Description

We are looking for a strong leader; someone who is passionate about coaching and developing a high-performing team

Overseeing the daily operations of the store Managing Stock levels Dealing with customer queries and complaints Meeting & exceeding Store Targets Motivating the sales team Undertake store administrative duties

Min. 3 years Retail management experience Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role Understanding of the retail sales process Familiarity with consumer behavior principles Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures Basic math skills Track record of achieving sales quotas Excellent communication skills Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various shifts Strong planning and organizational skills Ability to motivate and communicate effectively Strong track record in sales achievement

Retail experience 3-5 years
