Your Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Growth

Set the standard for exceptional customer service and team motivation Deliver ongoing training and support to develop product expertise and engagement Ensure compliance with company policies, including uniform standards Report any integrity or work ethic concerns promptly to the Store Manager
Operational Excellence

Maintain outstanding store presentation, ensuring merchandising aligns with brand standards Assist the Store Manager in stock management: ordering fresh products, stock receipt, accurate stocktaking, and minimizing waste
Customer Experience & Brand Stewardship

Create an immersive and ethical Lush experience for all customers Handle customer concerns professionally to uphold our brand's reputation Encourage active product demos and genuine team-customer engagement

Pay: R12000,00 - R14000,00 per month
