Introduction
We are looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee operations at our Ulundi branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with at least 2 years of management experience in retail to step into a leadership role and drive store performance.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of store operations including opening and closing procedures
Lead, coach, and manage a team to meet and exceed sales targets
Ensure stock control, replenishment, and accurate inventory management
Uphold high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues
Maintain visual merchandising and ensure promotions are executed effectively
Monitor sales performance and report on KPIs
Handle staff scheduling, development, and performance management
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Education Profile
Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12 (compulsory)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or store management role in retail
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, customer-facing environment
Computer literate (MS Office and POS systems)
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Ideal Candidate:

Based in or willing to relocate to Ulundi
